Everyone at i3solutions is passionate about helping our customers realize better benefits through technology and automation, but this passion is not just limited to technology. Our teams are also passionate about giving back to our community.

Our employees give their time to support activities throughout the year to help make a positive impact in our community. This passion stems directly from our founder, C. Scot Johnson, who believes that teaching and empowering this country’s youth will help promote technology advancement. Mr. Johnson is active with various organizations promoting the power and potential of new technologies like cognitive computing, data fusion and analytics, and much more. Below is a list of just a few of the outreach programs in which i3solutions participates:

Our Heroes' Tree

Scot Johnson authored the Foreword to the e-book, Our Heroes’ Tree, as a tribute to the legacy of the U.S. military and the freedoms we have today as a direct result of their service and sacrifice. Reflect. Remember. Rejoice. These are the three themes of the program Our Heroes’ Tree. Thousands of people in more than 30 states and 10 countries with U.S. military bases/installations have participated in Our Heroes’ Tree programs, bringing families, friends, and neighbors of all generations together in appreciation of U.S. service members, past and present.

“The Hero in My Pocket,” written by author Marlene Lee and designed by i3solutions’ Reakha Janus, gives children a voice in their grief using interactive discussion questions coupled with creative pages for writing and drawing. For ages 5-12 years old, “Hero” is inclusive of all relationships with the deceased service member (child, grandchild, niece/nephew, cousin, student, friend, et al).

Each year, we work with the US Marines to collect toys and gifts to benefit children who need it the most. We strongly believe that every child should have access to toys that inspire imagination, promote dreams, and place a smile on their faces.

The i3solutions team volunteered their time to run one of the children’s interactive exhibits in the Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) pavilion. Our team helped children of all ages design protective cradles for an “Egg Drop Challenge” for some extreme fun and mess.

Our employees came together to support the Military Order of the Purple Heart to collect and donate coats, shoes, and other clothing to provide underprivileged veteran’s communities with critical clothing and other items.

i3solutions supports the Science of Racing, a national non-profit organization that promotes science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through auto racing. Science of Racing unites racing and STEM to thousands of young people at racing events, middle/high schools, and through grassroots outreach. In addition to our on-site exhibits, we are creating deep, year-round relationships and heightened visibility by teaming up with professional racing teams.
